Yoga reputedly improves our physical and mental health and empowers us to become more productive at work, more caring in relationships, and more responsible contributors to society and inhabitants on this planet. If yoga does accomplish all that—and most practitioners swear it’s true—how exactly does it do it? Yoga teacher Eddie Stern and Deepak Chopra, MD, discuss how the human body and mind function, how we are built and wired, and what we do can impact those wirings.

This program marks the launch of Eddie Stern’s One Simple Thing, which includes a foreword by Deepak Chopra. The book is included in the ticket price.
