Professional Development: Math and Mandalas

Open Enrollment Workshop

For teachers of Title 1 schools

Mandalas (geometric representations of celestial palaces) play an important role in Himalayan art. Their symmetry and balance integrate both math and the arts.
Join our upcoming professional development workshops to learn about mandalas through gallery conversations, movement activities, and art making.

Teachers of grades three to twelve will discover connections to Common Core State Standards and will take away valuable resources and information for working across curriculum areas.

Registration is now closed

Thursday, June 6, 2019, 10:00 AM”“3:00 PM
