VISITORS WITH ALZHEIMER’S OR DEMENTIA AND THEIR CAREGIVERS

MINDFUL CONNECTIONS

Mindful Connections is a free tour program for adults living with dementia and their caregivers. Every month trained guides facilitate an experience designed to promote engagement with works of art and each other.

Mindful Connections takes place on the third Thursday of every month at 2:00 PM. Register to attend the free program and receive the Zoom link to connect in your confirmation email.

Empowering Caregivers

Join the Rubin community of caregivers for a free online program of art and connection. Guided by art in the collection, Rubin docents and staff lead close-looking and creative exercises and lively discussion. Explore the concepts of interdependence and fluidity by hearing stories and teachings of historical Buddhist figures, as well as meditation practices by leading teachers. Whether you care for a loved one or work as a caregiver professionally, feel rejuvenated and revitalized in this hour-long retreat. Register and receive the Zoom link to connect in your confirmation email.
