Learn how to awaken inner wisdom and peace by cultivating an intimate relationship with the sound and rhythm of your breath and movement. Join yoga and mindfulness teacher Sara Clark, who will guide you through the ancient practice of pranayama and vinyasa yoga followed by an immersive sound bath experience with Basia Blonska. Leave feeling renewed through sound and breathing techniques that will increase mindfulness and compassion towards yourself and others.

About the Speakers

Sara Clark is an EYT- 500-hour certified yoga and mindfulness teacher residing in New York City who left the corporate world of television post-production in 2011 to deepen her studies of yoga. Practicing vinyasa flow and meditation for two decades now, Sara is a Yoga Journal Influencer, faculty member at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and she leads workshops and retreats internationally. One of the newest teachers on Yogaglo, Sara has also created a series of yoga and meditation videos for Shape Magazine and Yoga Today. Her teachings merge the physical and esoteric practices of yoga with mindfulness and meditation practices that can be utilized both on and off the yoga mat to support overall well-being in life. In a very applicable way, Sara’s mission is to help others awaken to their limitless potential. Known for her compassionate teaching style and fluid vinyasa sequences, Sara makes both the novice and the more experienced practitioner feel welcomed in her classes.

Basia Blonska brings healing sounds to intimate sound baths, yoga classes, and private, group, and corporate sessions. She uses her unique musical skills to create tranquil healing soundscapes.
