January Family Sundays: Candied Corrosion
Embrace change during the Rubin Museum of Art’s 2020 theme of Impermanence. Explore the powerful forces of time and corrosion by using water to transform a structure made of sugar, inspired by Genesis Breyer P-Orridge’s sculpture “Touching of Hands” in the exhibition Shrine Room Projects: Shiva Ahmadi / Genesis Breyer P-orridge / Tsherin Sherpa.
Support
This program is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
