Tibetan pulse diagnosis owes much to Chinese sphygmology, and in this workshop two practioners of Tibetan medicine explain techniques. A healthy pulse comprises five beats of the physician’s respiratory cycle. Come and check yours! Visiting physician Amchi Tenjing Bista, a Tibetan doctor from Lo Monthang, Mustang, Nepal, and the principal of the Lo Kunphen Tibetan Medical Schoolwill conduct the sessionwith further commentary by New York-based doctor of Tibetan Medicine, Dr. Eliot Tokar.
