Workshop Series

Wednesday, April 9, 2014
8:00 PM–9:30 PM
Free

A diagnostic process quite unique to Tibetan medicine, urinalysis is ideally conducted first thing in the morning, after the urines strongly modified by previous meals have been eliminated during the night. However participants can still have the option to have their urine diagnosed in this workshop, in which color, vapor, odor and bubbles are examined. Visiting Tibetan Dr. Kunchog Tseten will lead the sessionwith further commentary by New York-based doctor of Tibetan Medicine, Dr. Eliot Tokar.
A diagnostic series offered to deepen your appreciation of the exhibitionBodies in Balance: The Art of Tibetan Medicine.
