Folk-pop meets with psychedelica on Glen Phillips‘s (lead singer of Toad the Wet Sprocket) new EP, Secrets of the New Explorers, based on a theme of privatized space travel. Phillips has three solo albums as well as a long-awaited collaboration with Nickel Creek, released as Mutual Admiration Society. His self-titled album was recorded in 2000 and featured songs written by both Phillips and his band.
