Mindfulness for Families

with B. Anderson

Sunday, February 10, 2019
11:30 AM–1:00 PM

As children mature into teens, they begin to claim their power in the family and in the world. Mindfulness can help family members navigate this transition with awareness and compassion. Join B. Anderson, a mindfulness educator and artist, to learn how young teens and their parents can cultivate a more mindful family. The event will combine teaching with working sessions that can be applied to everyday family life.

This program is designed for children ages 11 to 14 with accompanying adult(s).

Family Programs are made possible by Con Edison, Agnes Gund, New York Life, and public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
