Mind Over Matter Trivia
– The film is based on the true life story of Irish artist Christy Brown.
– Over three times as much money was spent on the film’s publicity campaign than on its production budget.
– Daniel Day Lewis could only perform many of the the actions seen on screen with his right foot, thus, many scenes were filmed through a mirror.
