Our Storytelling Nature: Writing and Meditation Workshop

with Tracy Cochran

Saturday, August 24, 2019
2:00 PM–5:00 PM

Our stories can bind us or set us free. They have the power to shape our identities and the world around us, and have been told since the dawn of civilization.

Mindfulness gives our stories space and compassion, allowing them to unfold and reveal new insights and possibilities. Join us for a day of mindfulness meditation and mindful writing. We will explore our storytelling nature, seeing how our stories can change—heartaches giving way to healing, endings leading to new beginnings. Writers and non-writers, mediators and absolute beginners are all welcome to come enjoy this day.
