Senior Monday Meditation
A free tour and meditation program for seniors

Part of our monthly Senior Mondays, this program will offer a tour of the galleries followed by a guided meditation in the theater. It will highlight the connections between artwork from the Himalayan region and meditative practice.
Senior Mondays are supported in part by the Milton & Sally Avery Arts Foundation.
Free for seniors. Program tickets are required and can be retrieved at the admissions desk, based on availability.
