Singing Bowl Workshop

In this workshop discover the optimal use of the crystal singing bowl. Learn the benefits of working with the instrument and how it can be integrated into your personal or professional practice. Singing bowls will be available to play during the class, which will close with a group sound-bath meditation.

About the Instructor

Sara Auster is a teacher, sound therapist, and artist who has studied yoga, meditation, and various healing modalities with master teachers since 2003. Auster offers weekly asana and sound meditation classes and private healing sessions in New York City as well as international workshops and retreats.
