The Healing Modality of Singing Bowls

Suren Shrestha grew up in Khandbari, Nepal at the base of the Himalayan Mountains where he mastered the ancient healing arts of Tibetan sound therapy. In the United States Suren introduces students to these healing modalities through his unique methodology.
In this practicum, Suren gives a short concert for group meditation, explains and demonstrates the vibrational healing process using singing bowls, and incorporates volunteers from the audience. Learn about chakras and how they relate to sounds, different ways of arranging the bowls, how they work together, and more.
Includes a post-program exhibition tour at 8:30 pm.

About the Speaker

Suren gives workshops and assists clients with healing bowl work all over the United States. Originally from Nepal, he now lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and daughter. Suren is a published author and illustrator of the book “How To Heal With Singing Bowls” and founder of Atma Buti: Vibrational Healing School in Boulder, Colorado. Over the years Suren has been able to raise funds through his workshops and healing sessions to build an orphanage and school for the under-served children in his native Nepal.
