The Wheel of Intentions, an interactive installation in the Museum lobby created by Potion and Ben Rubin, based on a concept by the Rubin Museum. Activate your intentions and reinforce those of others with each turn of the wheel, as the intentions are released into the world and travel up the spiral staircase to take visual form in the exhibition The Power of Intention.

The Wheel of Intentions allows visitors to reflect upon themselves and their world in order to set an intention for moving forward.

Submissions from Rubin visitors

I intend to: Embrace myself and my flaws, be kinder to myself, be more selfless, release control, practice bravery, and practice patience.

I intend to: Listen deeper, listen more, breathe deeply, and remember to be grateful.

I intend to: Find what’s beyond intending in life, find and pursue what brings me peace, find my power, and take charge of my life

I intend to: To love the best I am able, bring light into the world, live with focus and clarity, be softer, open, and kind, act with compassion, love without fear, and manifest happiness and hope.
