Informazioni sul Mandala Lab

Il Mandala Lab è un’installazione interattiva che invita a sviluppare curiosità per le proprie emozioni. Ci aiuta a riflettere su come sentimenti complessi si manifestano ogni giorno nella nostra vita e a immaginare di avere il potere di trasformarli. 

Ispirato ai potenti principi buddisti, il Mandala Lab propone cinque esperienze giocose e stimolanti (video abbinati a fragranze, una scultura che invita alla respirazione collettiva e particolari strumenti a percussione da immergere in acqua) che guidano le persone in un viaggio interiore verso la consapevolezza di sé e degli altri. I visitatori sono liberi di osservare, annusare, toccare e respirare in uno spazio appositamente concepito per favorire la relazione, l’empatia e l’apprendimento.

The first traveling Mandala Lab was commissioned by The Wellbeing Project as part of the artistic programming for the 2022 Wellbeing Summit in Bilbao, generously supported by The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Global.
