Crane Boy

The Rubin Museum is pleased to announce the international launch of Crane Boy, a stunning new children’s picture book. Please join award-winning author Diana Cohn and illustrator Youme Nguyen Ly, the creators of Crane Boy, in the K2 Lounge to share a drink and enjoy a book signing from 6:00″“9:00 p.m.

Crane Boy takes the reader to the country of Bhutan. A young boy named Kinga learns that the black-necked cranes that have visited his home for thousands of years are endangered. Together with his classmates, he finds a way to help the cranes. You can also join the creators of Crane Boy at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, for a reading and a special hands-on art project.
