Do you love going to museums? Would you like to be a museum insider, planning events and enjoying behind-the-scenes access? Are you interested in museum careers but not sure where to start? If so, then the Rubin Museum of Art’s College Committee is for you.We are seeking dynamic and dedicated college students to serve as volunteers for the College Committee. Working closely with Rubin Museum staff, Committee members will have bimonthly meetings at the Museum to develop college meet-up events and other activities. The time commitment to participate in the College Committee is one academic year: September - May annually.
As a College Committee member, you will have the opportunity to meet Rubin Museum staff, learn about the Museum’s permanent collection and special exhibitions, plan social events, connect with friends and college clubs, enjoy art-making projects, meet other students, and much more.
