This week’s meditation session is led by Sharon Salzberg and the theme is Happiness. The guided meditation begins at 19:05.
The red goddess of power, dancing atop the corpse of ego and surrounded by a circle of fire, overcomes all obstacles to achieving success and accomplishing whatever is desired. Kurukulla is the best known of all Buddhist deities associated with power and her practices are used for both mundane and spiritual purposes, most notably in the realm of love. Her weapons are made of red flowers and include a bow and arrow and hook and lasso.
