Grounded in ideas from the Mandala Lab and principles of Social, Emotional, and Ethical (SEE) Learning®, these free resources are designed to cultivate emotional awareness and compassion in classrooms through Himalayan art and its insights.

Lessons are taught in New York City classrooms by Rubin teaching artists through the program Mandala Lab in Your Classroom and made available online for educators worldwide to use in their own classrooms.
