Our world is changing at dizzying speed. Technological advancements are bombarding us with more channels of information, which we must process in faster time. Fortunately, the human brain, mind, and body are uniquely engineered to adapt. Integrative medicine pioneer Deepak Chopra and theoretical physicist Leonard Mlodinow share a rare appearance together as they interpret the mechanics of our minds and the self-healing nature of our bodies in order to navigate the rapidly shifting landscapes around us. They also discuss their latest books, Mlodinow’s Elastic: Flexible Thinking in a Time of Change and Chopra’s The Healing Self.
